Returns & Refunds Policy
At Little Orchard Lampshades, we know that buying interior pieces online can sometimes be tricky. That’s why we aim to make our returns process as straightforward as possible—while balancing the needs of a small, handmade business.
Returns from Our Catalogue:
We happily accept returns for all items from our current collection. If your lampshade isn’t quite what you had in mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To arrange a return, please contact us for a returns label. Once we’ve received your item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund, minus a 10% fee to cover the cost of return postage.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Send a photo of the damage upon receipt, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away at no additional cost.
Bespoke and Custom Orders:
Items made to order or customised just for you are not eligible for standard returns. However, if there’s an issues, please let me know so we can try and reach a resolution.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item, simply request a return and place a new order for your preferred piece.
